Works are now complete on repairing the entrance hall floor in Silverstone Northants
The floor was suffering from poor ventilation which resulted in timber joist and floor boards rotting and perishing an area of plaster.
We fitted a new airbrick to introduce under floor ventilation, removed the rotten timber joists and floor boards. The plaster was then replaced with new.
Sovereign cream was then injected into the mortar joint to form a new damp proof course.
